May 2014. Lothingland, Lowestoft and North Suffolk Coast and Heaths National Mapping Programme.
An area of possible World War Two practice trenches are visible on aerial photographs (S1-S3) on land to the east of Southwold Road, Wrentham.
Further trenches and a structure which may also be related to World War Two activity is visible to the west (SHHER WRE 037).
