Full Description
Flood defences on the west bank of the River Alde, seawards of Snape Bridge, visible as an earthwork bank, finally failed by 1972 and were apparently abandoned thereafter, rapidly decaying.(S1-3)
Initially numbered as IKN 019 during pilot survey of intertial area. Re-numbered Nov 2004
