Monument record IKN 086 - Trackway of unknown date, visible as cropmarks.

Trackway, of unknown date (although it seems to continue the line of an existing track) visible as cropmarks and a possible earthwork, extending from TM 43535600 to TM 43785632 (north and west of Stanny Farm), where a former quarry cuts across its line. The cropmarks form the northerly half and consist of fragmentary parallel linear ditches. The southern part consists of a possible embankment which connects the cropmarks (which are on a crag hillock) with an existing trackway (which is on rising land to the west) effectively forming a causeway connecting the two areas of higher ground; however, this embankment is placed between two drains and may be more the result of accumulated ditch-clearing debris than a deliberate construction.(S1-2)
