Full Description

A length of World War II barbed wire obstruction is visible on photographs from 1941, running across open land in front of a strongpoint (HLY 051), from TM37234392 to TM36584366. There is break in the barbed wire where it crosses the road. (S1) (S2) The barbed wire is still visible in 1945. (S3)
It has been removed by 1948.
