Full Description
The partial cropmark of a possible ring ditch, centred on TM 27964298, can be seen on aerial photographs. The ring ditch has an overall diameter of circa 25m and may represent a Bronze Age round barrow. There is a slim possibility that cropmark may have been caused by agricultural activity considering its location in the corner of the field, although it does appear on photographs from a number of years. (S1) (S2) (S3) A possible central pit may be visible on some of the photographs but this has not been plotted as it is likely that it is a natural feature. (S2) (S3)
