Full Description

A sub-circular enclosure of possible Prehistoric date is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs at TM 26364638. The enclosure ditch is sub-circular, with slightly flattened sides, and it encloses an area roughly 21.5m by 17m. The shape and size of the enclosure suggest that it is probably of Prehistoric date but its function is not clear. (S1-S2)
