Full Description

An earthwork feature of unknown date and function is visible on aerial photographs at TM 28094740. The feature comprises a low platform, roughly 14m square, at its eastern end, and a bank running north-east from the platform for 45m. There is a small earthwork pit in the south-western corner of the platform. To the north of the bank there are a number of irregular earthwork mounds and pits which do not follow a clear pattern. The date and function of the feature are unclear. (S1-S3)
