Full Description

A structure, possibly a World War II pillbox, is visible on aerial photographs from 1944 to 1946, centred on TM25343412. The structure is circa 3m square, and is visible in this location from 1944 to 1946. It may be that the strucutre is related to the possible gun emplacement immediatley to the north (see SLY 079). A structure is visible here from 1947 onwards, but it is not possible to determine from the photographs whether it is the same structure, or whether it has been replaced. (S1-S3).
