Full Description
The possible remains of a small boat are visible in the inter-tidal zone of the River Deben near Melton Dock at TM 28505004. The visible remains are only 1.7m in length and are the structure has partially collapsed. Individual timbers may be visible inside the structure. Of those photographs available for examination, the feature is only visible on photographs taken in 1980. The possible boat therefore remains of unknown date and could be modern. (S1)
