Full Description
A World War II road block is visible as a structure on aerial photographs taken in 1941, at TM 29723385 on Beach Road West, Felixstowe. It probably consists of slots in the road into which a barrier could be fixed, with anti-tank cubes blocking the pavement at either side. (S1)
See FEX 139 for nearby anti-invasion defences including similar road blocks.
