Full Description

A probable World War II trench shelter, located at TM 29543381 in the garden of a house on Arwela Road, Felixstowe, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken in 1941. The trench is v-shaped and about 5.5m in length. The trench may not be visible on later photographs as many of these open trench air raid shelters were later covered. (S1)
