Full Description

Four possible World War II bomb craters are visible as earthworks on reclaimed land in Trimley St Mary, on aerial photographs taken in the 1940s. The craters, located at TM 25943499, TM 26063498, TM 26123498 and TM 26243492, measure on average 7m in diameter. They are fairly small for bomb craters and may be where unexploded bombs have been dropped. See TYY 041 for more possible bomb craters in the area. (S1) (S2)
