Full Description
An oval ditched enclosure of unknown date is visible on aerial photographs as a cropmark about 150m to the north-west of the location of Cauldwell Hall, Hollesley parish, centred on circa TM37614586. The enclosure is circa 5m long and 3m wide and the ditch appears to be less than 1m wide. The function of the site is unclear, but it may be a small mortuary enclosure. (S1)
