Full Description

Three bomb craters of World War II date are visible as earthworks located on Butley marshes, on aerial photographs of 1943, centred on circa TM39354938, Butley parish (S1). The craters are circa 10m in diameter and are surrounded by a small amount of upcast. They have been filled in by September 1945 (S2).
