Full Description

Small v-shaped second world war trench domestic air-raid shelters are visible in the back gardens of number 5 and number 13 Gulpher Road, Felixstowe. The are approximately 13 metres in length and 2 metres wide. The v-shaped design was intended to diffuse the effect of a bomb blast. (S1-S3)
