Full Description

A probably temporary or secondary radar station can be seen on aerial photographs of the Second World War, composed of two tethered masts or towers, a number of tents and military vehicles, centred on circa TM241418, to the west of Levington Lane, Bucklesham village. The towers can be identified from their shadows but the nature of their structure is not clear and so, other than the tethering posts which surround them, they have not been transcribed. (S1)
