Full Description

A ditched trackway and probable section of field boundary are visible as cropmarks to the north of Great Bealings Hall, Great Bealings parish, centred approximately on TM233491. The track is circa 4 metres wide and flanked by ditches of circa 1 metre width. It is orientated roughly NNE by SSW. A short length of linear cropmark, possibly a field boundary, is visible circa 80 metres to the north-east of the trackway. The date of both features is unknown, and could conceivably date from between the Iron Age and the medieval period. (S1)
