Remnants of possible moat to rear of Hill Farm buildings shown on 1880s and later OS maps in form of two narrow arms and some ponds which may have formed part of an original rectangular moat with sides of 55 by 60 metres (S1).

Circa 1950s: three corners of moat (?) and two large ponds and range of buildings shown on 1:10560 map.

Two small groups of pottery, one to the S of the farm buildings and one to the W of the pond.

Square ditched enclosure cropmark of unknown date.
