251 Burnt flints.

1994: 1 scraper and 24 flakes, all unpatinated, one patinated flake and circa 23 burnt flints found on principally Rom site . 2004: assemblage consists mainly of longish flakes half of which are hinge fractured. Probably early bronze age.

Burnt flint patch found during fieldwalking (S1).

Several flint flakes and others were found, including some pot boiler flints and scrapers.

Large amount of burnt flint observed around the south and west sides of a large hollow (see sketch map in parish file) (?partly filled in recently).

February 1987: Fieldwalking by John Newman for SE Suffolk survey located thin lithic scatter of 7 flakes and heavily burnt flints, over 20m x 20m area, in "Field 516" (S1).

Surface finds over large area include worked flints, and one sherd flint-gritted pottery.

Preh flint scatter & metalwork found during detector rallies, 2004- 2007, including Iceni quarter stater, a large flaked axe, a La Tene III type brooch and part of a MBA side looped spearhead. Also Rom, Sax and Med.
