Flints, found in dredgings from river Waveney spread on S bank (S1)(S2).

Iron Age pottery vessel, dating between circa BC50-AD50, was found circa 1952. A Late Bronze Age cremation urn, was previously found near the same spot in 1843.

Pottery sherds found in dredging from river Waveney spread on S bank, on southern edge of Scole.

Bronze quatrefoil strap separator or belt mount with one arm missing.

Timber/s visible on southern bank of River Wang - possibly trackway - position is a relatively narrow part of the floodplain.

Coin of Claudius found in peaty soil just above silt on the S side of river 8-9 feet deep.

Possible structural remains visible on APs as two or three rows of substantial timbers(?) with lines narrowing and curving towards water edge at Shallager Creek

Sherd of IA "C" pottery, worked flints and animal bones found at 9 feet depth in river bed above silt in peaty soil during bridge building over River Waveney in May 1959.
