1996: Metal detected IA(?) bronze object, worn and corroded, in form of near cylindrical rod, broader on one face which has curvilinear relief decoration.

1996: Metal detector finds, from principally Rom site, include LSax/Med tongue-shaped strap end (drawing in file), a Med scallop shell ampulla fragment and a miniature claw-hammer head (?date).

Excavation identified a disarticulated burial, or perhaps two individuals, and also a crouched individual in a gravel and a number of late medieval or early post-medieval ditches.
