Description
A single evaluation trench was cut through the footprint of a proposed dwelling. Overburden was removed to the level of the natural subsoil at a depth of 1.8m. Medieval pottery, mostly coarseware but including imported wares, was recovered from the upcast spoil and two small features were recorded in the base of the trench but not excavated.
