Description
Excavation was carried out on Site E ahead of development work which uncovered Iron Age pits. The aread had previously been evaluated (1995). After the topsoil had been stripped several features were visible cutting into the natural clay subsoil. The features were dispersed across the whole area of the excavation (S1).
