Archaeological monitoring was carried out on the construction of a replacement dwelling. Only a small area of c.100msq was affected by disturbance from footings. Thick loam deposits were recorded to a depth of 0.8m along the western edge and 1.1m on the southern edge without natural sand being seen. It is likely that this was an area of modern disturbance. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified.
