Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried on ground works for a conservatory. The footing trenches measured 0.4m wide and 0.6m deep and were excavated through the broadly similar stratigraphy of 0.3m of topsoil followed by subsoil that was present to the full depth of the trenches. No archaeological deposits or cut features were reached (S1).
