Description
Informal watching brief was undertaken at The Limes of 60% of footings on each plot seen (rest already concreated, plus pile of spoil. Drift geology sand, footings c1/2m deep over much of area. C300mm topsoil over. C200m sand over another c300mm of a heavily root disturbed top soil. The site looked like it has been extensively landscaped in the past.
