Description
Earthmoving. No condition but visited. Building agriculture building.
Reasonable visibility in the part I saw (towards the east side). Solid chalky clay – large flints and chalk lumps throughout. Land drains (pmed) and brick frags seen but nothing else. Spoil heaps looked at – just solid clay.
A14 close so possible field already disturbed in construction of that although the soil profile looked pretty ‘old’. Topsoil c. 50cm, then c. 50cm sub. C.1.6m deep excavations.
Nothing of note seen at all.
