A single visit was made to inspect the fully excavated footings, covering an area c.9m by 2m, for a small extension to the school. The trenches were c.0.6m wide and c.0.8m-1m deep and clearly showed 0.3m-0.4m of modern tarmac and hardcore overlying the natural subsoil, a thick, mid brown, silt/clay.
No archaeological features or finds were identified.
