Description
Footing trenches, 1m deep and 0.5m wide seen on northern side of house. Subsoil, yellow sand/clay at 0.2m depth. No archaeological features seen (S1).
Other trenches on south side of house not being excavated until 2005.
Subsoil, yellow sand/day, at 0.20m depth.
