Description
Monitoring on subdivision of Lidgate Hall to make two dwellings. Part of the conversion was to link the hall to an existing outbuilding. The building work to the connecting range was completed without prior warning and the opportunity to examine the groundworks lost. The excavation of a storm drain and soakaway was observed and recorded. It was excavated by a machine fitted with a 1m bucket.
