Description

Evaluation trenching for a small development comprising two new dwellings to the west of the parish church and opposite the listed Lodge Farm. 2 trenches between 0.3m-0.5m deep. The glaciofluvial deposit exposed in the base of the trench proved to be a stiff pale brown chalky clay with flints (S1).
