Archaeological monitoring was carried out on ground works for a c.30m length trench across the small yard area. The pipe trench for the biomass link to the west was 0.9m wide and 1.1m deep. The only feature that was identified was a wall foundation associated with an early to mid 19th century Italianate garden (S1).
