Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out prior to the construction of a cart lodge. The building footprint had been stripped of up to 0.3m of topsoil. The footing trenches measured 0.5m wide by 1-1.2m deep. Two ditches and a sherd of 15th-16th century pottery was identified.
