Description

A watching brief was carried out on the extension of a golf course. The majority of the area was ploughed and rolled with negligible disturbances to anything below the plough level. The greens and bunkers were machined to the base of the ploughsoil and landscaped with little disturbance to the natural sand and gravel. The bunkers measured around 0.30m to 0.40m in depth and a water feature was excavated to a depth of 1m (S1).
