Description
Site visit was made at the owners request to examine worked stone found in the back garden. The visit revealed worked stone of late medieval to post medieval date. The owner had also excavated down to a depth of c.5ft in the back garden, possible over a ditch associated with the outer bailey of Eye Castle (S1).
