Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out groundworks for a new studio in the gardens of Clive Cottage. Two visits were made to inspect the groundworks, which consisted of a c.4.5m by 11m site strip. The site was striped to a maximum depth of c.0.4m, in preparation for the laying of a concrete slab. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified.
