Description

Archaeological monitoring was carried out prior to the construction of an extension to the rear of the property. Two visits were made to observe the excavation of a raft type foundation. The overall footprint area of the new build area was c.7m squared and the raft type foundation was taken to a depth 0.55m. Medieval brick and post medieval brick and tile was identified.
