Description
Monitoring of footings for extensions to the front and rear of the existing building and also for a cart lodge within the garden. The trenches were 0.7 metres wide and a total of approximately 45 metres in length were observed. They were excavated to a depth of up to 1.5m. No cut archaeological features were present however the soil profile contained a small assemblage of pottery.
