Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on the reduction of ground levels for a classroom extension and playground. The site strip for the new playground revealed 0.2m thick topsoil overlying 0.1m-0.3m of subsoil. This in turn overlaid the natural geology. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified.
