Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on ground works for a new side and rear extension and a detached garage. Two small testpits indicated that 0.7m to 0.8m of topsoil and subsoil existed across the planned new build area. The groundworks were excavated to a maximum depth of 1.2m. Only a 20th century pit and artefacts were encountered.
