Description
Monitoring of the strip foundations for a new conservatory at the rear of the existing property. A 10.3m x 0.4m wide trench was excavated to a depth of 0.4m. The depth of excavation was not sufficient to disturb archaeological deposits therefore no features were identified. A single piece of tesserae was noted in the spoil but no other finds were recorded.
