Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on extension. In total the extension footprint covered an area of some 160msq. Much of the area examined revealed the natural under a relatively shallow cover of 0.2-0.25m of topsoil. Only in the south western corner were more extensive deposits of overburden exposed with 0.3-0.35m of topsoil above 0.2m subsoil. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified.
