Description
Monitoring of groundworks for an extension. The site was visitied on two occaions to observe the open footing trenches. The soil profile was a sandy loam topsoil to a depth of 0.80m, overlying a natural subsoil consisting of clean yellow sand. The total depth of the trench was 1.3m. No archaeological feature or finds were recorded.
