Description
Negative monitoring - Recording of groundworks for development of a barn conversion was conducted following HBR, and commenced on 13 May 2014. After a hiatus of work on the barn, groundworks resumed on the 13 March 2015 and were completed by 02 April 2015. The trench for the footings was hand-dug by the builders; throughout the monitoring of the groundworks, no archaeology was noted (S1).
