Description
The Grade II listed site and the Gurteen family form an important part of the town. As an interesting and locally significant site, it is necessary to analyse its history and significance prior to possible future change. Therefore Purcell Miller Tritton LLP was commissioned in 2008 to complete a Historic Buildings Appraisal, in afvance of any future development for the site (S1).
