Description
Monitoring and recording during the excavation of footings for
an extension at Priory Lodge, Priory Road, Snape, Suffolk.
Monitoring revealed no archaeological features and only encountered a
thick layer of garden soil (containing modern finds) used to form the lawn area of the
current house, and some surviving sub soil which contained no finds.
