Description
Capital Associates commissioned MOLA to carry out an archaeological desk-based assessment of proposed development at land south of Rendham Road. The outline planning application is a proposed mix of healthcare, business/employment, residential and local retail uses, together with associated highways, carparking, landscaping and other associated works (S1).
