Description
Monitoring of excavations for damp-proofing along the south wall of the church, and for a new soakaway in the churchyard. The base of walls belonging to the 'Canons' Quoire' (demol. 1789) at the south- east corner of the present church were recorded and reburied intact. The end of a buttress in the soakaway trench appeared to belong to a wall running south from the same corner, and probably part of the range of former priory buildings.
