Description

This report provides a written and photographic analysis and record at English Heritage (2006) Level 2 of farm buildings at High House Farm, Claydon (TM 14755030), situated on the north side of Rede Lane in the NE of the parish. Neither the buildings nor the farmhouse are listed by English Heritage as being of special architectural or historical interest and they are not situated in a Conservation Area. The report has been prepared to inform and accompany a prior approval submission/planning application for the proposed conversion of the buildings to residential use. The site was visited on 6th January 2014 and all photographs were taken on this date.
