This Heritage Appraisal has been commissioned by the owners of Moat Farm, Dallinghoo to form part of a planning and Listed Building Consent application, prepared by Simon Merrett, architect. The document comprises a ‘Level 2’ (minimum) above ground recording and significance assessment of the main house (Structure 1). A lesser inspection and assessment has been made of The Barn (Structure 2), the attached Stables (Structure 3), the Open-Fronted Store (Structure 4), the Enclosed Stores (Structure 5), the Greenhouse (Structure 6) and the Summerhouse (Structure 7).
